When will my order be shipped?
Once your order is ready for processing, it will be shipped within 2-3 working days.

A dimensional weight fee is assessed on UPS air shipments whenever the weight of the box is not appropriate for the size and/or volume of the box.

Alaska, Hawaii and Puerto Rico: All orders with street addresses will be shipped UPS. Add $20.00 to the Ground, Second-Day or Overnight charges listed. If you have a post office box, we will ship Priority Mail only. We cannot ship C.O.D. to Puerto Rico or other U.S. Territories. Customers are responsible for paying excise tax upon delivery. Please allow additional time when shipping to remote areas of Alaska or U.S. Territories. Guam and U.S. Virgin Islands: Ground shipping and processing is not available.

*Sales tax will be added to your final invoice for the states of MN and TX. The states of MN and TX require sales tax to be figured on the entire amount including the shipping charges.

*Orders are shipped by Standard Ground only except in Hawaii, Alaska and Puerto Rico where ground shipping is not available. Next Day or Second Day shipping charges will apply.


May I request samples of cards?
Yes, if you're having difficulty making a final decision on your holiday card selection, we encourage you to request a few samples. Our business holiday cards are photographed for print in our catalogs and online images. They look just like the cards, but nothing compares to seeing & touching the real thing. Choose up to 5 of your favorite card designs, order each individually online or call customer service at 1-800-854-0390 to assist you. Your cards will arrive with printed sample copy and your package will include a special discount coupon to use with your next purchase.

May I combine orders of the same card with different personalization for a better price?
No, pricing is based on the use of the same card, with the same verse and the same personalization.

May I write my own verse?
You may write your own verse for any card that allows a verse selection. There is a $30.00 ink charge and a $50.00 foil charge. If you prefer to send in black-and-white camera-ready artwork, please contact Customer Service at 1-800-854-0390 or artwork@zgate.com.

May I change the front design on the card?
For the custom cards offered, the front card design is the design you provide. For all other cards it is not possible to change the designs, colors or papers used.

May I have my envelopes personalized?
Your envelope flap can be personalized in the same color ink or foil as your card for an additional charge. The charge for ink personalization is $14.50 for 25 envelopes plus $2.00 per additional 25. The charge for foil personalization is $15.50 for 25 plus $3.00 per additional 25.

You may also choose to print the name and address of your recipients on your envelopes for an additional charge. You must PHONE in your orders for this option. Please see here for additional information.

What colors can be printed inside my cards?
Unless specified otherwise, the cards can be printed in one of the following colors: blue foil, copper foil, black foil, gold foil, red foil, silver foil, black ink, blue ink, brown ink, burgundy ink, green ink or red ink.

Are lined and Fastick® envelopes available?
Both lined and Fastick® envelopes are available. Please check online, or call Customer Service at 1-800-854-0390 or email service@landmarkcollection.com.

May these cards be recycled?
There is a selection of eco-friendly cards that can be recycled. The cards with foil accents cannot be recycled.

May I add my logo to my card?
It is possible to add a logo to your card for an additional charge. If the logo is printed in one of our standard inks, a $30.00 charge is added. Foil logos may be printed for a $50.00 charge. A multicolored logo can be printed for $25.00 plus .25¢ per card.

May I add signatures to my card?
Yes, please send us clean black and white artwork, 300 dpi or higher for reproduction to artwork@zgate.com and clearly indicate the position of the signatures and verse selection. Please include your order number, account number and/or company name in the subject line of your email. There is a $30 for ink or $50 for foil charge and require additional production time. You can also call us for more information at 1-800-854-0390.

May I have my order personalized in more than one color?
The verse and personalization can be printed in more that one color at an additional charge. Please contact Customer Service at 1-800-854-0390 or service@landmarkcollection.com.

How do I remove myself from the mailing list?
